AI document management for financial advisors
Client documents stop being a filing problem and become the household's structured record. entropyFA parses what clients share — statements, tax documents, estate documents, policies — into an encrypted vault that planning, tax, and portfolio work all draw from.
The vault feeds every other workflow: planning, tax, portfolio, research, and compliance.
What It Handles
The work this replaces
Encrypted document vault
AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, per-family encryption keys, US-only processing — organized by household, entity, and account rather than by folder guesswork.
Parsing and extraction
Documents become structured data: accounts, balances, entities, relationships, and obligations extracted and mapped so the agent can actually use them.
Search, audit, and exit
Everything is searchable, every access and change is logged, and if you ever leave, data portability and certified deletion are contractual commitments.
How It Works
From household data to advisor-approved action
1. Collect
Documents in, chaos out
Statements, tax returns, trust documents, and policies come in from clients and out of scattered email threads into one private vault per household.
2. Structure
Parsed into the household record
The generative engine extracts what each document says and maps it into the household's account, entity, and relationship structure — reviewable, not blindly trusted.
3. Use
One record, every workflow
Plans, tax analysis, portfolio decisions, and research all draw from the same structured record, so the documents you collect actually power the advice.

- Full-text search across the household record
- Complete audit trail of access and changes
- Certified deletion and data portability
Why You Can Trust It
A vault that feeds the agent
Storage is the least interesting thing a document system does. In entropyFA, parsed documents become the structured household picture that every other capability works from — which is why document management is where most firms start.

Common questions from advisory firms
What document types does entropyFA handle?
The documents wealth work actually runs on: account statements, tax documents, estate and trust documents, insurance policies, and entity paperwork. They are parsed into structured data and organized by household.
How are client documents secured?
AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, per-family encryption keys, and per-family isolation, processed only in the US on SOC 2 certified infrastructure — with a full audit trail of access.
Is client data used to train AI models?
No, and that is contractual: zero AI training on your data and zero data monetization. Your clients' documents work for your clients only.
What happens to the data if we leave?
Data portability and certified deletion are part of the commitment — you can take the structured record with you, and deletion is verified, not assumed.
How is this different from a document storage tool?
Storage tools hold files; entropyFA reads them. Parsed documents become the household's structured record — the same record that drives planning, tax analysis, portfolio work, and research — so filing a document and updating the full picture are the same act.
